The Happiness Experiments – What I’ve Done So Far

The happiness experiments are the idea that brought this site into being.

On this page I’ll keep track of the experiments I’ve done so far and post a link to my conclusions page. This is an easy way to see the results of what I’ve done so far.

Experiment 1: Clutter Busting. Here are my conclusions.

Experiment 8: The Happy Thoughts List. This was easily one of my most interesting experiments to date. For such a small amount of work put in, the results were amazing! Here are my conclusions.

Experiment 9: Better Morning Mood. This was a more complicated experiment based on the idea that starting the day well would make it go better. Here are my conclusions.
