Happy Thought for the Day: Permission

I’ve talked quite a few times in the past about giving myself the permission to take a break from writing when I need to.

Recently, I’ve been doing volunteer writing with another organization, suffering from a week of borderline migraines, and a week prior to that of being sick.

Translation: my blogging routine has outright sucked lately.

The happy thought part of this is that I’m giving myself permission to do this. I’m giving myself permission to take a break when I need one and then to come back to writing this blog without me considering myself to be a failure.

It’s nice being allowed to have time off without stressing myself out.

Now though, I think I’m back to writing a bit more regularly.
