I must admit, as this experiment goes on, I’m getting more and more fascinated with the concept of my happiness and intelligence actually being linked.
To see how this concept was developing yesterday, check out yesterday’s results in the Vitamins for the Brain experiment.
This experiment has been about whether Omega 3 supplements can improve brainpower or boost mood. Before I talk about my new connections, let’s look at my results from last night:
Omega 3: mood booster, brain supercharger, or all of the above?
Well, last night, my mood was still at about an 8/10, and my sudoku puzzle time was 10 minutes and 3 seconds. This continues to keep to the trend line of mood and sudoku time.
I’m starting to wonder if “smartness” and “happiness” are linked concepts in my brain. Perhaps I feel smarter when I feel happier, or even more interesting, perhaps I feel happier when I feel like my brain is working closer to its maximum potential!
This is a really fascinating thought. By improving my brain, maybe I’m taking big steps forward in preserving my happiness! If Omega 3 supplements help with either of those actions, then the net benefit might be worth it!
