Well, I went a bit off kilter with eating out today, but I must say, I’ve earned it given how much exercise I did!

Today I went WAY offside in my eating habits. I ate about 4000 calories. Kind of mindblowing, but easy enough to do when you eat the majority of a meat lover’s pizza, which is covered in greasy meats. However, it was absolutely delicious! Aside from that BIG indulgence, I actually had a balanced diet today. I was quite impressed.
Now, exercise is where I really stood out today. I had a 91 calorie deficit in my 1000 calorie per day average goal from yesterday. However, today I burned 1329 calories. To be honest, I’m REALLY proud of that. I was hoping to come out and make up the deficit, but I went a step further and blew that goal out of the water. I’m now running a 238 calorie surplus. It’s nice to beat your own goals.
