I’ve developed a bit of a set format for these posts over the last few days, and I must admit, I’m getting a bit tired of it.
Today was a great day for eating. I ate out at a friend’s house for dinner, and I had 2 nanaimo bars along with dessert. Still, all of that included, my calorie consumption for the day was only about 2700. Pretty impressive all things considered.
Thankfully, I suspect I burned even more calories than I listed today, because my friend’s children use me as a jungle gym and I lift them up quite a bit.

Interestingly, I’ve burned 7000 calories before today, and I’ve lost about 2 pounds since the experiment started. At 3500 calories per pound of fat, that’s a pretty equal exchange and I’m quite impressed!
Today, I burned 883 calories. When you add in the 26 calorie surplus from yesterday, I have 909 calories burned, putting me 91 calories behind my running total. I can easily make that up tomorrow so I’m not at all worried.
