Calories – how many per day?
Today I hit that gap in the calorie burn that I was expecting. Today was a senselessly hot day. Stupidly hot. That led me to skip much of my exercise time today.
Today I only burned 628 calories. Combined with the 270 calories I was above average before, I am now only 102 calories behind on the running average. Tomorrow will be a busy day to catch up!
Today I ate about 2800 calories.
Time for some rest though, my current sleep patterns are definitely not cutting it for me! Goodnight!
