If the eyes are the key to your soul, does that make your smile the key to the world around you?
My experiment this week is on how to clean your teeth properly. If you have a clean mouth and a shining smile, will that make the world a nicer place for you, and you a happier person within it?
To see how this experiment started, check out my first day in how to clean your teeth properly.
So, how has it been going for me so far?
How to Clean Your Teeth Properly – Day 2
Well, so far I’m just in the beginning of things, but I’m seeing some fascinating results so far.
Firstly, I’m smiling more. Perhaps I unconsciously avoid smiling when my teeth aren’t feeling clean. I’m not certain why, but it’s an interesting reaction.
Secondly, I’m snacking less. It’s been trained into me since childhood that I shouldn’t eat right after I’ve brushed my teeth. If I’m brushing my teeth 4-5 times per day, my urges to snack are dropped accordingly.
It’s been an interesting two days so far and I look forward to the rest of the experiment!
