This week I’ve been working on how to help other people, and whether or not that helps me feel better as part of the bargain.

Well, I can’t say that I’ve really broken any new ground on this. Helping other people does indeed make me feel better. Notably, the amount “better” that I felt doesn’t seem related to the extent of the activity I undertook. Meaning, even a small gesture makes me feel better.
So, add it to your list folks. Take a few moments in the coming week to try and have a positive impact on the world around you. You might be surprised at how much better it makes you feel!
