Whether we realize it or not, we all have a list of things to do in our heads. Things we want to do, things we should do, things we need to do, and things we can’t do.
This list grows longer every day, because we spend far more time adding things to the list than we do taking it off.
The experiment for this week will be taking items off my list. It will be about clearing things away to take them off my mind. In the holidays, especially of all times, being able to take things off your to-do list is a rare luxury.
So, my focus this week will be productivity. I shall see how many items I can clear off my list in this adventure of getting things done.
As of right now, I’d rate my stress level at a 6/10. I’m not in an outright panic, but I’m definitely tense. Let’s see what we can do with this.
