Simply put, there’s never really anything wrong with remembering to laugh. With very few exceptions, laughing will always make you feel at least a tiny bit better.
This week, my experiment has been both underwhelming and reassuring. My attempt to find a video to make me laugh was a success. I laughed at least once every day for the past week.
Has laughter helped to make my life a better place? In a small way yes. Overall, it was a stressful week, but laughing made it a little bit better every day.
Will finding your sense of humour change your life? Not by itself. However, you should remember that your sense of humour is one of the many healthy mechanisms we as humans beings have to deal with stress. And, dealing with stress in a healthy way is amazingly powerful.
So, remember to laugh, even at the times when you want to laugh least of all. It might be more powerful than you realize.
